Carlos Slim Domit (born 1967) was a Mexican businessman and the son of Carlos Slim. Born in Mexico City in 1967 to Lebanese grandparents on both sides of his family, he became Chairman of Grupo Carso (his father's conglomerate). In 2018, he and his father - who backed PRI presidential candidate Jose Antonio Meade - fought against MORENA presidential candidate Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador over his plans to cancel a $13 billion airport project for Mexico City.
