Carlos Alfredo Alcazar Castellanos (born 1990) was a Mexican drug dealer from Malpaso, Chiapas who sold drugs in Cancun's hotel zone on behalf of the Los Pelones cartel during the Mexican Drug War. On 15 August 2015, he and Zacarias Gonzalez Gutierrez were arrested for the murders of two rival drug dealers.
