The Carjack Crew was an outfit of between 20 and 30 Pavano crime family associates that operated in the New York City metropolitan area under the command of Speedy Jack. The crew was formed in 2008, and the crew gained the nickname "the Carjack Crew" from its involvement in scores of carjackings across the New York metropolitan area. Slugs Piombino, Alberto Tejedor, Xavier Rouco, Tario Carr, and Huo Xinya were notable members of the crew. In 2013, Jack was killed by his own crew members on the order of Pavano boss Mary Valvona, and Rouco toook over the crew.
