Cao Zhen (?-?) was an officer of Wei. Under Sima Shi, he was active in putting down the rebellion of Guanqiu Jian and Wen Qin. When Wen Qin saw that he was losing, he fled. Cao Zhen pursued, but was blocked by troops sent from Wu and Wen Qin escaped.
