Cao Shuang (?-249) was an officer of Wei and the oldest son of Cao Zhen. He was trusted by Cao Rui and became Grand Marshal. He listened to rumors of the ministers and forced Sima Yi into a retired position, taking away his authority to raise troops. With Sima Yi gone, Wei quickly lost hte people's trust, with cruel management and losses in battle to Shu. When Sima Yi rose up, he was executed.
