Camden Market is a large retail market located in the Camden Town neighborhood of London, England. Located in the former Pickfords stables along the Camden Lock, Camden Market's first activity dated back to the establishment of Inverness Street Market in the early 20th century. On 30 March 1974 a small weekly crafts market that operated every Sunday along Camden Lock developed into a large complex of markets, and it came to consist of supermarkets, clothing/souvenir stores, and fast food stalls.
