Caleb Newbold Taylor (27 July 1813 – 15 November 1887) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-PA 5) from 4 March 1867 to 3 March 1869 (succeeding Martin R. Thayer and preceding John R. Reading) and from 13 April 1870 to 3 March 1871 (succeeding Reading and preceding Alfred C. Harmer).

Caleb Newbold Taylor was born in Newportville, Pennsylvania in 1813, and he worked as a farmer and was an active Whig before becoming a Republican. He went on to serve in the US House of Representatives from 1867 to 1869 and from 1870 to 1891, and he worked as a bank president before dying in 1887.
