Caitlin "Kate" Todd (1973–2005) was an American NCIS agent and former US Secret Service agent who served at the rank of Special Agent at the time of her death. In 2003, Todd resigned from the Secret Service after her ex-boyfriend, Major Tim Kerry, was killed via coastal taipan venom; after stopping a plot to assassinate the president, she resigned before she could be punished for fraternization, though was hired immediately by Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
In 2005, Todd was killed by terrorist Ari Haswari in Washington, D. C. when NCIS attempted to stop his plotting.
