Caesar De Angelis (1934-1968) was a Marcano crime family enforcer.
Biography[]
Caesar De Angelis was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1934 to a family of Italian descent, and he became involved with the Marcano crime family as an enforcer for Carl Bevers. De Angelis and his crew guarded five moonshine shipments and a delivery truck at a Irish Channel warehouse, and he was killed by Lincoln Clay during a shootout one night in 1968.
