Caesar B. Griffin (1861-) was a US Marshal who served in Oklahoma during the Wild West era. In 1898, he searched Cornwall Kerosene & Tar for the outlaw known as the "Arizona Kid", who was wanted for shooting several of the refinery's guards, but he was unable to find him and gave up the search.
