The Cabaret Grand is a popular nightclub in the Dotonbori district of Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. It was owned by the yakuza boss Tsukasa Sagawa, and it struggled during the early 1980s before Goro Majima became the club's manager in 1987 and transformed it into a massively successful cabaret within a year due to his showmanship and his keen eye for good employees (poaching the best hostesses from rival clubs).
