The Confederación Española de Derechas Autónomas (CEDA) (Spanish Confederation of Autonomous Rights) was a Catholic conservative party during the Second Spanish Republic. It was founded in March 4, 1933 and was disbanded in April 19, 1937. Its leader was Jose Maria Gil Robles y Quinones.

The party's ideology included Spanish Catholic authoritarianism, traditionalism, and corporatism, and it was strongly anti-communist. It often held rallies which resembled Nazi rallies, distributed leaflets, and propaganda films to recruit supporters.

During the Spanish Civil War, many of its members supported the Nationalist faction, and the party along with many other right wing groups was merged with the Falange by Francisco Franco in 1937.
