Burke Willard Gillet (1853-1898) was an American security guard who was hired by Guy Fruge as a bodyguard during the 1890s. In 1898, he and a few other guards who were hired to escort Fruge's stagecoach out of New Orleans were ambushed and killed by the Arizona Kid along the Ouachita River, and Arizona then kidnapped Fruge at the behest of Bray and Tammy Aberdeen.
