Buncho Hashimoto (1934-) was a Japanese yakuza criminal who was affiliated with the Shimano-gumi subsidiary of the Tojo-kai in Kabukicho, Tokyo during the 1980s. On 18 December 1988, he met Goro Majima outside the Golden Gai neighborhood shortly after Majima dispatched Gonshiro Ogino's rookie thugs, and he apologized for their behavior and told Majima that Futoshi Shimano himself wanted to meet with Majima.
