Bruce "Brucie" Kibbutz (4 August 1977-) is an American businessman who owned Brucie's Executive Lifestyle Autos and advertised bull shark testosterone supplements during the 2010s. Kibbutz, the brother of drug dealer Mori Kibbutz, was involved with illegal street racing, car theft, organized crime, and steroid sales, making his steroid usage into a legitimate business in southern California by 2013. He later was employed as a masseuse at The Diamond Casino & Resort, inadvertently sparking a war between the Chengs and Duggans due to giving Tao Cheng some testosterone.

Kibbutz and Bellic in 2008
Brucie Kibbutz was born in the Midwestern United States on August 4, 1977, to a Jewish family, the younger brother of Mori Kibbutz. Kibbutz claimed that he was a "fat loser" as a youth, but he later became a steroid user, using the drugs to enhance his performance; Kibbutz was also bullied by his brother for being bisexual, a fact that he frequently attempted to downplay or conceal. He would become the owner of Brucie's Executive Lifestyle Autos in Red Hook, New York City during the 2000s, and he had several arrests; he was arrested in 2001 for patronizing a prostitute, in 2003 for possessing steroids, again in 2003 and 2004 for speeding violation, and in 2005 for the sale of steroids. Kibbutz owned a chop shop at his Executive Autos shop in Red Hook, and he dealt steroids on the streets and became an illegal street racing fixer.
In 2008, he had his mutual friend Niko Bellic (the cousin of his good friend Roman Bellic) kill Lyle Rivas for talking to police and Tom Rivas for owing Kibbutz money, and the two men became good friends after Bellic and Kibbutz won a street race together. Bellic and Kibbutz frequented strip clubs together and went boating numerous times, and Kibbutz gave Bellic the ability to partake in illegal street races and car thefts, as Kibbutz was involved with both rackets in the city. By 2013, he would become a legitimate bull shark testosterone salesman in California, selling packages worth $500 each.
In 2019, Kibbutz was employed as a masseuse to Tao Cheng at The Diamond Casino & Resort in Los Angeles, California. He gave Cheng a dose of bull shark testosterone, which increased Cheng's propensity towards anger. This led to him pulling a gun on Avery Duggan during a meeting, sparking a war between the Chengs and Duggans. During the scoping of one of the many heists on the casino, Kibbutz attended Yung Ancestor's afterparty and assist him in distracting security during a heist; this resulted in Kibbutz being shot in the leg to lure Debbie Donowitz out from her office. In 2021, Kibbutz attended the LA Car Meet in his custom Bravado Banshee, also requesting several stolen cars to Sessanta for his auto business.
