Brian MacGilroy (1898-) was a Chicago Police Department (CPD) police officer who lived in Chicago, Illinois during the Prohibition era. In 1930, he and fellow officer Filip O'Lowry witnessed Marcu Morello beat the boxer Joey Crackers to death, but chose not to intervene, as they were on Morello's payroll.
