
Borislav Paravac (born 18 February 1943) was President of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 10 April to 27 June 2003 (interrupting Dragan Covic's two terms) and from 28 October 2004 to 28 June 2005 (succeeding Sulejman Tihic and preceding Ivo Miro Jovic). He was a member of the Serb Democratic Party.

Borislav Paravac was born in Kostajnica, Independent State of Croatia on 18 February 1943, and he served as Mayor of Doboj from 1990 to 2000 and as an MP in the Republika Srpska People's Assembly. In 2002, he was elected to the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and he served as President from April to June 2003 and from 2004 to 2005.
