Biography[]
Boris Mints was born in Rybnitsa, Moldavian SSR, Soviet Union in 1956, and he came from a family of Jewish Holocaust survivors. He worked in the textile industry during the Soviet era, and, following the Dissolution of the Soviet Union, he became a corporation director, the general director of REN TV, and the founder of the investment company O1 Properties. He became a philanthropist, founding the Museum of Russian Impressionism, and he was also involved with Jewish organizations in Europe.
