Boris Epshteyn

Boris Epshteyn (14 August 1982-) was a Russian-American Republican political strategist and attorney.

Biography[]

Boris Epshteyn was born in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union in 1982 to a Jewish family, and he emigrated to the United States and settled in Plainsboro Township, New Jersey. He worked as an investment banker before working as a communications aide for 2008 Republican presidential nominee John McCain and serving as a media surrogate for Donald Trump's 2016 presidential election campaign. Epshteyn also served as an advisor for Trump during the 2020 election and in his efforts to overturn its results, and he led Trump's Jewish outreach campaign, boosting his national support among Jews from 24% to 30% and his Floridian support from 30% to 42%. In August 2023, he was identified as one of Trump's unindicted co-conspirators in his plot to overturn the 2020 election.
