Bo Wen Chen was a Chinese triad gangster who was affiliated with the Tokyo-based Saio Triad during the 2010s. In December 2016, he participated in Ed Zhang's failed attempt to kidnap Shun Akiyama from the sewers of Kabukicho, only to be knocked out by Kazuma Kiryu.
