Blume Tower is a skyscraper in London, England which served as the Blume Corporation's British headquarters and as the center of the city's ctOS surveillance system during the 2020s. Prime Minister Dev Hassani implemented the ctOS system in the city amid a wave of right-wing populist sentiment which followed his infamous "London is drowning" speech.
