The Blaine County Republican Party (BCGOP) is the county affiliate of the Republican Party in Blaine County, California. The BCGOP holds a supermajority in elected offices across Blaine County, a highly conservative county.
Blaine County, as a rural and predominantly-white county, is known to be a very conservative county. A high percentage of Blaine County residents held anti-government, anti-immigration, and ultra-religious views, making the county a good breeding ground for the GOP. The GOP dominated local offices county-wide, with only Paleto Bay having a considerable Blaine County Democratic Party presence. The BCGOP had its strongest support among the residents of unincorporated townships, whites, gun store owners, and small business owners in the county.
