Bishop Awdia of Gaza (18 April 1068-) was a priest of the Kingdom of Jerusalem.
Biography[]
Awdia was born on 18 April 1068 to a family of Catholic Berbers, and he was originally a courtier of the County of Tripoli before King Eustache of Jerusalem granted him the Bishopric of Gaza on 1 January 1105 after he converted the majority of the population of Tortosa to Christianity.
