Bishop Amedee of St. Denis (30 August 1109-) was the Bishop of St. Denis in France.
Biography[]
Amedee was born on 30 August 1109 to a family of Catholic French, and he was ordained as the bishop of St. Denis. On 21 December 1136 St. Denis was briefly captured by King Stephen of England's army during his campaigns in France, and Amedee was defeated.
