Bion (71 BC-) was a Greek farmer who lived in Dionysias, Ptolemaic Egypt during the 1st century BC. In 48 BC, his farming estate was taken over by bandits riding into the Faiyum Oasis from the White Desert, and he was wounded by them in the process. However, his neighbor Zahra and the medjay Bayek rescued him by slaying all of the bandits, and Bion told them that they had come from the White Desert and were led by the "Son of Ra".
