Bin Chhin (17 August 1949-) was Deputy Prime Minister of Cambodia from 5 September 2007. He was a member of the Cambodian People's Party.

Bin Chhin was born in Cambodia on 17 August 1949, and he became a member of the Cambodian People's Party during the 1990s. In 1993, he was elected to Parliament as the MP for Prey Veng, and he became Deputy Prime Minister under Hun Sen in 2007. In 2017, he became Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
