Bill Foster (born 7 October 1955) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-IL 14) from 8 March 2008 to 3 January 2011 (succeeding Dennis Hastert and preceding Randy Hultgren) and from IL 11 from 3 January 2013 (succeeding Adam Kinzinger).
Biography[]
Bill Foster was born in Madison, Wisconsin in 1955, and he worked as a designer of equipment and data analysis software for the CDF Director while working at Fermilab in Fox Valley, Illinois. In 2007, he was elected to the US House of Representatives, and he was a member of the centrist New Democrats.
