Bilal El Hachmi (died 1 June 2024) was a Moroccan Islamist militant who fought for the Islamic State during the Syrian Civil War. He and several other captured IS fighters participated in a major prison riot in Kurdish-controlled Syria in 2024, but they were killed when counter-terrorism forces secured the prison and killed the armed inmates.
