Bilal Abed al-Wahed Qsai'a (25 July 1981-25 June 2006) was a Hamas leader.
Biography[]
Bilal Abed al-Wahed Qsai'a was born on 25 July 1981 in the Jabaliya refugee camp in the Gaza Strip, and he had nine girls and two brothers in his family, which had originated in Zarnoka before Israel occupied it. At the beginning of the Second Intifada, he joined the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas, and he led Hamas in Beit Lahiya. On 25 June 2006 he was killed while inspecting Hamas troops.
