Bikash Jairu (12 March 1982-) was an Indian professional footballer who played as a winger.

Bikash Jairu was born in Gyalshing, Sikkim, India on 12 March 1982, and he began his football career with ONGC FC in 2008 before transferring to Rangdajied United FC in 2011, the Mumbai Tigers FC in 2013, Salgaocar FC that same year, and East Bengal FC in 2015. Jairu played as a winger for his teams, and he made his national team debut in 2015.
