Biff Webster

"Big" Biff Webster (born 1899) was an American pawn shop owner and fence who ran Biff's Pawn Shop in Chinatown, Chicago, Illinois during the 1930s. Webster married a Chinese woman, having become attracted to Chinese women after watching pornographic films from China. He gave information to Salieri crime family members alongside his business of fencing goods. On 13 November 1932, Biff was asked by Tommy Angelo and Paulie Lombardo about a gang of hoodlums that attacked Angelo and Sarah Marino outside Marino's apartment, to which he told them that they operated out of an abandoned gas station behind the pawn shop.

On 3 April 1933, while searching for rogue consigliere Frank Colletti's whereabouts, Angelo asked Biff for information, and told him that the FBI and Don Marcu Morello of the Chicago Morello crime family were working out a deal regarding Colletti. Additionally, Biff directed Angelo to Little Tony Marchese, an informant who knows about Colletti and where he is at.
