Bertram Heard (1834-1868) was a member of the Blighters gang of London.
Biography[]
Bertram Heard was born in London to a low-class family, and he decided to join the Blighters street gang of Maxwell Roth. In 1868, Jacob Frye of the rival Rooks gang approached him and a brute and killed the two of them with his hidden blades on a sidewalk in Westminster in another act of gang violence.
