Bernardo Fernandez was a Carlist general during the Carlist War of 1866. Formerly a Spanish Army officer, he took part in an 1866 plot to restore the Carlist line of the House of Bourbon to the throne of Spain, but his army was defeated in battle at Bilbao on 29 January 1867.
