Berenguer Vela Sarabia

Berenguer Vela Sarabia (1873-1911) was a Mexican bandito who was active in Chuparosa, Chihuahua during the Mexican Revolution. In 1911, he, Génesis Coronado Valles, and Gregorio Orosco Aponte mocked the American newcomer John Marston when he came into town and eventually attempted to rob him, but Marston shot all three of them in quick succession, giving Génesis time to cross himself before shooting him and retrieving his stolen hat.
