Benjamin Travis (3 June 1969–26 August 2013) was an American operative for the ICA, acting as head of the American Division. Travis was a decorated marine in the USMC Force Recon, though he was dishonorably discharged and court-martialed for unauthorized operations until the ICA bailed him out in exchange for his loyalty. He rose through the organization, eventually becoming head of the American Division.

Travis eventually commissioned the creation of a clone assassin named Victoria; when Diana Burnwood discovered this and kidnapped Victoria after leaking the ICA to the world, Travis sent 47 to assassinate her and retrieve Victoria. He later attempted to kill 47 with the ICA assets under his supervision, though Travis was ultimately killed by 47 at the Burnwood family's crypt in Cornwall, England.
