
Benjamin Nathaniel Messerly (1869-1911) was an American outlaw of the Wild West who rode with Geraldo Elisaldez's Mexican bandito gang in Chihuahua during the Mexican Revolution. He and Elisaldez's other American gangmates, Marsh Z. Jeffrey and Blaise Y. Vallie, were gunned down by the bounty hunter John Marston when he attacked their hideout at the Plata Grande mine in Sonora.
