Benjamin Arellano Félix (born 12 March 1952) was one of the bosses of the Mexican Tijuana Cartel, alongside his brother Ramon Arellano Felix.

Benjamin Arellano Félix was born in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico on 12 March 1952, the brother of Enedina, Francisco Rafael, Carlos, Eduardo, Ramon, Francisco Javier, and Luis Fernando. He was one of six brothers, and he had four sisters as well. In 1982, he was arrested for smuggling cocaine into California, only to escape from custody and reach the safety of Mexico. In 1989, the Arellano Félix brothers inherited the Tijuana Cartel from Miguel Angel Felix Gallardo, and they smuggled consumer electronics over the US-Mexico border. In 1993, he was forced to change his name several times in the aftermath of the murder of Cardinal Juan Jesus Posadas Ocampo. In 1998, Arellano Félix was added to the FBI's 10 Most Wanted list, but he remained untouchable for 13 years. On 9 March 2002, he was tracked down to Puebla after the Mexican Army recognized a deformity on his daughter's face, and he was sentenced to 25 years in jail in a US prison in 2012.
