Bencel B. Bainbridge (died 1899) was an American sheriff's deputy who lived in the town of Rhodes, Allen Parish, Louisiana. A corrupt lawman in the service of the Gray family, he treated the visiting outlaw Arthur Morgan rudely and threatened to arrest him after they exchanged cross words, forcing Morgan to shoot Bainbridge dead and engage Rhodes' deputies in a bloody shootout.
