Ben Miller (1839-1870) was an American outlaw who was affiliated with Frank Miller's gang in the New Mexico Territory during the Wild West era. He rode with Miller's gang in Hadleyville, New Mexico before Miller's arrest and imprisonment in 1865, upon which he and the rest of the gang relocated to Abilene, Texas for the next five years. In 1870, on Miller's release from prison, he and the two other loyal members of Miller's gang met up with him at the Hadleyville train depot, from which they planned to avenge Miller's imprisonment by killing Marshal Will Kane, the man who put him behind bars. The four men proceeded to confront Kane on the deserted streets of Hadleyville, where Kane ambushed them and shot Ben Miller dead.
