Ben Howe was an American author, filmmaker, and political columnist. He founded Howe Creative and became a political ad creator (working for Ted Cruz during the 2016 presidential election) and a conservative political pundit and writer. While Howe was a conservative, Republican, and evangelical, he published The Immoral Majority in 2019, criticizing the evangelicals who voted for Donald Trump due to their hypocrisy about religious issues such as feeding the poor, being kind to other nations, and having extramarital affairs. He also opposed megachurches, arguing that smaller churches were closer to the Word and closer to God, and stated that people should not vote religiously (and that voting for one party should not be a measure of one's love for God).
