Bebnev Vasil Fyodorovich (died 27 February 1981) was a Soviet Army soldier who guarded the Secret Spetsnaz Training Facility in the Zakarpattia Oblast of the Ukrainian SSR during the Cold War. He was killed in an American CIA Black Ops raid on the facility in 1981.
