Baydara of Ani

Baydara of Ani (1134-) was a general of the Sultanate of Rum.

Biography

Baydara of Ani was born in Ani (present-day Province of Kars, Turkey, near the border with Armenia) in 1134, and in 1180 he was adopted by Sultan Mustafa ad-Dawlah.
