The Battle of Polochany was fought on 26 May 1655 during the Khmelnytsky Uprising when Hetman Jan Skrzetuski's Polish army smashed a smaller Cossack force east of Molodechno in Belarus.

After defeating a Cossack army on the outskirts of Lublin, Jerzy Wisniewski and his band of mercenaries received word that Hetman Jan Skrzetuski, Colonel Jan Skrzetuski, and Warlord Jan Sobiepan Zamoyski had intercepted Colonel Fyodor Loboda's Cossack army west of Molodechno. The much larger Polish army broke the Cossack line with a sweeping cavalry charge, massacring the Ukrainians and destroying their army.
