The Battle of Pilca was fought between American special forces and the Mexican Santa Blanca Cartel in the Bolivian mining village of Pilca during 2019's Operation Kingslayer.

During their mission to destabilize DJ Perico and the cartel's control over Pucara, Major Anthony Perryman and his Ghost Recon team searched for Perico's former bodyguard Arturo Ruiz, who had since found employment at the Pilca mine. The Americans first set out to secure the village of Pilca, where they activated a Kataris 26 radio broadcast and defended the cliffside transmitter against several waves of narcos. The attackers even brought in helicopters and attempted to surround the Americans from both the cliffsides and the village, but the Americans held out long enough for the broadcast to finish, rallying the locals to Kataris 26's cause. The Americans proceeded to head downhill and raid the mine, easily capturing Ruiz, who - incensed at Perico's shooting of his dog Paloma while high and toying with an AR-15 - readily gave up Perico's real name, "Marco Garcia."
