The Battle of Ocoro Base occurred in 2019 when a team of American special forces operatives, led by Major Anthony Perryman, assaulted and destroyed the Santa Blanca Cartel's Ocoro Base, the largest cocaine factory in the world.

Following the liberation of Itacua department, Perryman's team headed into Ocoro, the epicenter of Bolivian cocaine production. The Americans learned of Gonzalo "El Emisario" Yana's slaughterhouse-turned-cocaine factory from intelligence gathered in Campo Ana, upon which Perryman led his three-man Ghost Recon team to assault Ocoro Base. While their entry into the base was initially stealthy, they soon engaged in open combat with the sicarios, and they were forced to take cover from a cartel attack helicopter before Perryman used one of the cartel's own miniguns to destroy it. Afterwards, he used a keycode obtained from Santa Blanca lieutenant Salvador Latorre to access the warehouses where the cocaine stocks were held, and, after shutting down the factory controls, he used grenades to destroy the batches of cocaine and put the factory out of business.
