The Battle of Cramont (17-20 July 1918) was a battle of World War I that occurred when the Entente armies of France, Belgium, and Canada assaulted the German trenches at Cramont in the Picardy region of northern France. The Allies repelled a German attack on their positions, and they proceeded to launch an assault across no man's land and charge the German trench. The Allies inflicted heavy losses on the German defenders, but their attack eventually lost momentum, and the Allied troops held off a German counterattack. The battle ended in an Allied victory, as the Germans had failed in their goals, and the Allies won yet another victory.
