The Battle of Azzano was a battle of World War II which took place in Italy in 1943. It resulted in a victory for Nazi Germany.
Battle[]
200 American troops of the US 107th Infantry Regiment were dispatched to fight the Hydra deep sciences unit of Nazi Germany at Azzano in southern Italy in 1943, when Hydra began their plans to launch missiles at many world capitals. The advanced technology that the Nazis had in their armory gave them an edge, and only 50 Americans returned to their base; the rest were killed or captured. Many of the captured were held in a prison camp at Krossberg between two Austrian mountain ranges.
