'Basile Lange' (15 September 1781 – 22 June 1837) was a colonel of France.
Biography[]
Basile Lange was born in Bar-le-Duc, and became the colonel of a regiment of Fusiliers of Line. During the 1815 Battle of Waterloo his regiment broke and fled under fire from the Earl of Uxbridge's force. He died of cholera in 1837.
