Bartomeu Aragonés was a colonel of the Venezuelan Army during the Venezuelan Civil War. In 2010, he was captured by British mercenary Jennifer Mui during a raid on his hideout off the Maracaibo Coast Highway; he was handed over to Universal Petroleum for $200,000.
