Bart Persky was a Jewish-American gangster who was affiliated with the Eastman Gang in New York City during the 1910s. After Jack Zelig's downfall, he joined Arnold Rothstein's criminal organization and continued to work as a political slugger for the Democratic Tammany Hall political machine.
